This half-day workshop investigates your current mechanisms for operational and project planning, budgeting, execution, reporting and controlling. We help to drill down on weaknesses, overheads and systemic risks and help you to estimate the cost of these issues to the business.
Where required we also use this workshop to help clients analyse and construct a solid business case for improving their operations via our unified planning and delivery platforms.
