Management Team Overview
Alon Novy
Director
Alon leads Think Software's technology developments and implementations.
He is also jointly responsible for defining and delivering
Think Software's business strategy.
As a seasoned innovator, Alon has successfully led the research,
design and development of a range of software applications.
These have included both software development tools as part
of our internal R&D initiatives, as well as business solutions
for major clients such as KPMG, Mizuho Bank and the Roads
and Traffic Authority.
Prior to founding Think Software, Alon worked for a number
of technology firms including IBM and Toshiba.
Alon holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the
University of NSW.

Sidney Minassian
Director
Sidney leads Think Software's business development initiatives
and is also jointly responsible for defining and delivering
Think Software's business strategy.
Sidney's skills draws on his experience of having led business
improvement initiatives for his clients in the areas of strategy,
risk management, project management and business process re-engineering.
Prior to joining Think Software as a
Director, Sidney was an independant consultant, delivering
technology and operational solutions for major financial
services corporations including
AMP, ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Bank.
Sidney has also worked for KPMG,
in the Treasury and Risk Management Consulting group.
Sidney holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie
University and is a Certified Finance & Treasury Professional
(CFTP).

Dr. Paul Coe
Senior Technical Lead
Paul was awarded a Ph.D from Edinburgh University for his
research into modeling and evaluation of distributed shared-memory
multiprocessor systems.
Paul is an expert in object-oriented solution design and
implementation. His areas of expertise include C/C++, Visual
C++/MFC, XML, and .Net technologies.
Paul's experience includes designing solutions for hand-held
devices and radio networks, as well as working on major client
/ server applications for a leading television station.
Paul also holds a BSc (Hons. 1st Class) Computer Science from
Edinburgh University.
